SCA – Östrand pulp mill
During the years 2015-2018, SCA carried out one of the largest industrial investments in Sweden of all time and the largest in Norrland ever.
A solid project
After three years of hard work, Östrand's pulp mill was inaugurated on 14 February 2019 by His Majesty the King. Production at SCA Pulp more than doubled, from 430,000 tons to 900,000 tons. This makes the facility the largest production line for bleached sulfate pulp in the world.

To an impressive production facility with a strategic location, enabling logistics solutions worldwide, we have delivered a large number of free-standing cable ladders in several levels to manage cable routing to production. Free-standing cable ladders are particularly suited for long cantilever distances, making them ideal in this type of environment. The total delivery consisted of approximately seven miles of cable ladders, customised to meet the facility's high demands for function and flexibility.
