MP bolagen in Vetlanda

MP bolagen manages the MP group’s properties which consist of commercial premises, rental apartments, villas, and also industrial properties for own use. The goal is to have satisfied tenants in well-maintained properties and a high level of service in the long term.

In 1968, MP bolagen purchased Farstorps Farm, located in Nye, a few miles outside Vetlanda. Agriculture was close to company founder Werner's heart, and the farm is still run by MP bolagen today.

The MP group's forestry is conducted in a rational and responsible manner where we take great care of nature and biological diversity. The forests are double-certified according to PEFC™ and FSC®, and an already extensive area is set aside for nature conservation, key biotopes, and reserves.

MP bolagen has a long-term strategy to invest surplus liquidity in securities. The aim is to provide the company with financial strength as well as a return for the MP group's continued growth and development.
