MP bolagen develop, manufacture and sell cable installation equipment to the electrical industry; under the Soliq brand, they also develop, manufacture and sell mounting systems for solar panels. In Sweden, sales are conducted through wholesalers, and in other countries through agents or retailers. Our home market is the Nordic region, but we also have customers in other parts of the world. The tool manufacturing department produces, among other things, progressive dies up to seven metres long, which are used, for example, in the automotive industry.
Faster and simpler is our motto and it should be just as easy to be a customer, supplier or employee.
Cable management
The trading company firm metal and plastic was started in 1953, and in 2000 the cable management division was acquired from Kvarnstands tools in Ekenässjön. The first product – an angle profile that has been with us from the start is still being sold. The product portfolio has now grown to about 2,000 products.
Tool manufacturing
The press tools department was part of Kvarnstrand until the year 2000 and produced only press tools for its own production. Now, both the product and customer segments have been broadened to include both internal and external customers as well as various types of tools.
Soliq
Our mounting system for solar panels on flat roofs is an innovative and flexible solution. The Soliq system is designed to withstand the toughest challenges with a low load on the roof. We are laying the foundation for a smarter solar panel project.
