Micropower Group

Deep in the Småland forests, Micropower Group is building a high-tech factory. The company develops, produces, and sells unique charging solutions for batteries and power supply, as well as modular Li-ion batteries. We have delivered cable management to the new production facility.

The new factory

In June 2024, Micropower will begin the move to its new battery and charger factory in Växjö. The facility represents the company's most significant investment to date. The factory enables increased production capacity to meet the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions within the industrial sector, where Micropower operates.

The new battery and charger factory spans 25,000 m2. Here, Micropower will manufacture lithium-ion batteries, battery chargers, and power converters. In addition to production, the premises will also house the company's new research and development centre for battery and charging systems as well as office spaces for several functions within the MP group.

When we ask Martin and Oskar what is best about MP bolagen's products, they agree that they are easy to work with. Everything fits together well and all solutions can be created with the products. A big plus is that the wholesalers' central warehouse has a lot of products in stock.

In the current global situation, carpenters who previously had their hands full with solar panel installations and now have a little less in their order books were recruited to Växjö Elmontage. The assembly was no problem and also resulted in smart solutions that others could benefit from.

Växjö Elmontage has been a customer of MP bolagen for a long time. Since its start in 1996, they have grown, and with over 60 employees, they carry out installations in the Växjö region and surrounding areas. Since 2023, they are also part of the Sandbäcken MP group.
