The building is characterised by a modern wooden frame with large open spaces and a holistic approach where function, flexibility, and sustainability go hand in hand. As a LEED governed project with high demands on environmental performance, every material choice has been carefully considered – from locally produced installation solutions to minimised transport.

As the responsible installer, City El & Data has provided the technical entirety of the project and ensured that the installations function seamlessly within the complex building structure. MP bolagens cable ladders and cable trays have been installed throughout the house and constitute an obvious part of the technical infrastructure. In several areas, the installations are visible, which placed extra high demands on both precision and aesthetics. The massive glued laminated timber frame also meant that the beams could not be freely perforated – a challenge for the routing of conduits which was solved with the flexibility of the system, where the adjustable bend became crucial for creating smooth and well-considered routing choices.
