Thomas has worked with us for 12 years. He spends most of his working day in the forklift picking and loading.

A job that requires experience and precision

– I have always driven a forklift. I had an employer before and there I also drove a forklift, says Thomas.

When a truck needs to be loaded, it is important to know what goes where. When an order comes in, Thomas and his colleagues check the composition of the order and book how many loading metres are needed. Do we have a Tetris master on our hands?

– Haha, well, maybe! No, but it is a bit of a puzzle sometimes, it is, he says.

When asked what he prefers to lift: small and light or large and heavy, the answer is a given large and heavy.

Working practically – at work and outside of it

Thomas does not work all the time; sometimes he gets to go home and have some free time. He spends a lot of time on his home, everything from renovations on the house to fixing up the garden. He also spends quite a bit of time in the woods. Thomas enjoys working with his hands.

An eventful journey with MP bolagen

Thomas has been with MP bolagen during an eventful time.

– It is a cool journey that has taken place over the last few years. We have grown tremendously. But what defines us is that we are quick from order to manufacturing and then on with the products to the customer, he explains.

Thomas's perception of MP bolagen when he came to us 12 years ago was that we are a good employer, and that has not changed over the years.
