Hitech

On Stålvägen in Vetlanda, Hitech is emerging as a modern meeting place where education, innovation, and industry come together under one roof. The 4,000 m² large building houses everything from flexible workspaces and modern conference rooms to LärTech – a 900 m² interactive environment where children and young people can explore the possibilities of technology. The ambition is to create a vibrant arena where both companies and the tech talents of the future can develop, collaborate, and be inspired.

Customised materials and careful assembly

To meet the project's requirements for functionality and form, El & Projektering has provided the technical expertise in mounting and planning, while MP bolagen has supplied the materials that in many parts of the project have been customised. To fulfil the architect's requirements, specially painted cable trays and cable ladders were used, contributing to a uniform and well-developed whole. In the premises, the installations have been left visible, which presents a slightly greater challenge for cable routing. The installers are accustomed to making the cable routes neat even if they are not visible, but in this case, it is especially important, says Magnus Teodorsson, El & Projektering.

Effective logistics with local resources

Deliveries and logistics ran smoothly throughout the project. When specially lacquered products needed to be supplemented, materials could be quickly retrieved directly from the MP bolagen factory. This allowed the installers to continue their work without interruption. At the same time, the specially lacquered troughs and ladders placed higher demands on both careful handling and precision in the assembly.
