Machine list
In order to deliver to our customers what they want, competent staff and access to the right equipment are required. On this page, you will find our machines and a little bit about what they can perform. If you have any questions or want to know more about our machines, do not hesitate to contact us.
Multi-tasking machines
A multi-operation machine is an advanced machine tool used in the manufacturing industry to perform several different machining operations on the same machine. These machines are highly efficient as they can carry out various types of machining without the workpiece needing to be moved to different machines. This saves time, reduces handling of the workpiece, and increases the precision and quality of the machined parts.

Thread sparks
Wire EDM, or wire electrical discharge machining, is a machining method used in the manufacturing industry to cut and shape materials. It is a form of electrical discharge machining where a thin wire of metal (usually copper or brass) is used as an electrical electrode. The process involves gently guiding the wire through the workpiece while creating electrical discharges between the wire and the workpiece. These discharges generate extremely high temperatures, which melt and remove material from the workpiece in small controlled portions.

Plansanders
Surface grinding, also known as flat grinding or surface sharpening, is a machining process where a grinding machine is used to remove imperfections and provide a smooth surface to the workpiece. It can be done to a precision of up to 0.005 mm.

Hydraulic presses
A hydraulic press creates a high pressure in a cylinder by using pressurised oil that is forced through a piston moving downwards and can, with a mounted tool, manufacture large complicated parts, for example for the automotive industry.

Coordinate measuring machine
A coordinate measuring machine is used to measure a pressed sheet metal part and see if it meets the customer's specified requirements. The measurement uses CNC control programmed by the operator where a sensing probe detects where edges, surfaces, and holes are located. This is done with a very high precision, down to 0.005 mm.

3D Printer
A 3D printer is a machine that uses different types of molten plastic that it extrudes onto a plate in thin layers. Each layer is between 0.1–0.25 mm thick and gradually builds up the desired 3D model in plastic over time. This is a cost-effective way to visualise a detail before it or its tool is produced.
