About the tools department
With great precision, each component that makes up our tools is manufactured. Even the smallest detail receives care, as it can affect the customer's end result. To meet increasing demands and customer wishes, we continuously modernise our machinery and invest in new technology – an endeavour that requires a strong focus on profitability and sound finances. Our tools can extend up to seven metres in length, making measurements and quality controls a challenge we handle with high competence. Each tool consists of several components that are assembled at different stations, where each step must be exact before the material continues. That is how we ensure precision, efficiency, and long-term solutions for our customers.

MP bolagen Verktyg are specialists in tool manufacturing with a focus on advanced follow-on tools and transfer tools. Our tools enable the production of details from raw material to finished component in several steps – directly in the press, without the need for subsequent manual processing. This provides high precision, efficiency, and quality in the customer's production.
In our workshop, we combine traditional machine tools with the latest high-tech equipment. We continuously invest in new technology and new machines to stay at the forefront and meet high demands. Variation is part of our everyday life – we manufacture everything from small components to large details of up to one metre, in various materials and levels of complexity.
We work both internally and externally. Internally, we develop tools for MP bolagen's production of cable management details, service and maintain existing tools, and are involved in the development of new solutions. Externally, we supply to the Swedish automotive industry, both in the passenger car and truck segments, where the demands for precision, durability, and innovation are high.
The best thing about our work is the technical challenge. We face new problems every day and are never fully trained – it drives us to think innovatively and find effective solutions.
