We build follow-up tools for both small and large details, simple or very complex. Working with material utilisation and multi-fall arrangements for maximum efficiency and profitability in your production is a given for us. We have extensive experience in integrating additional units for threading, nuts, screws, and rivets into the tools.

Large complex transfer tools are our specialty. We build individual tools up to approximately 4000x2500 mm with a weight of up to 28 tonnes. By building the tools in modules, we can accommodate the size you need. In this process, we also tend to design your grippers for your specific press. This is to optimise your future production already at the design stage.

We have the capability to manufacture your prototypes or pre-series parts. Depending on requirements and batch size, we adapt the tools and can use our hydraulic presses for production. In addition to this, we can laser cut, machine, and weld the parts according to your specifications. We also have a 3D printer for various plastic materials.
