MP companies acquire Hygiea 1

Today, through a corporate transaction, MP bolagen has acquired the Hygiea 1 property from Nivika Fastigheter.

Hygiea 1 is a centrally located site on Lasarettsgatan in Vetlanda with significant development potential.
The acquisition is an important step in our long-term expansion and part of our ambition to contribute to the sustainable and attractive development of Vetlanda.

Work will now begin to evaluate the future use of the property. The focus will be on long-term quality, sustainability, and strong local anchoring. At present, three different development concepts are being considered and will be analyzed and evaluated before a decision is made regarding the property's future direction.

Construction may commence in the relatively near future. However, depending on the circumstances and planning conditions, development may also take place several years from now.
